If you receive the item and it wasn’t what you expected then you can return it to us.  Please email admin@willowandwhitecandlecompany.co.uk for an exchange or full refund.

Similarly should your order arrive in less than perfect condition please provide proof in the form a photograph to admin@willowandwhitecandlecompany.co.uk  We can then organise a replacement or refund. Please note we  are unable to provide refunds or exchanges without proof of goods.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase.
